This piece presents a sentence being constructed token by token. At each position, the viewer witnesses the probability mass distributed across alternatives. The chosen token appears solid; the unchosen alternatives remain as ghosts—present in the distribution, but forever unsaid.
The "Show Divergence" function reveals an alternate reality: what would have happened if a different token had been sampled at an earlier position. The sentence branches, demonstrating how a single probabilistic choice cascades through all subsequent generations.
